Cumming, GA – March 2025 – Sudamerica Swarm FC is excited to announce the appointment of Carnel Creary as the club’s new head coach. With a wealth of experience as both a player and coach, Creary is set to lead multiple teams at Suda Swarm FC.

Creary’s coaching philosophy is built on possession-based soccer, where the focus is on moving the ball effectively while exploiting the opponent’s weak side. He emphasizes teamwork, communication, and collaboration, and believes that success is achieved through collective effort. “Behind every kick of a ball must be a thought. Making the decision at the right moment is one of the most difficult things to do in football; therefore, decision-making is the MOST important for me.” Creary said. His holistic approach integrates technical, tactical, physical, and psychological elements, ensuring that players not only develop their skills but also enhance their decision-making and creativity on the field.

With 25 years of coaching experience, Creary has an impressive track record, including leading teams to multiple ECNL division titles, state championships, and regional and national qualifications. He has coached at several academies, including United Futbol Academy, Gwinnett Soccer Academy, and World Class FC Soccer Academy, where he has consistently shaped successful teams and developed numerous players who have gone on to play at the collegiate level.

“I’m looking forward to being part of the Swarm FC community,” Creary said. “I’m excited to join Suda Swarm because I’m drawn to the team’s energetic and dynamic atmosphere. I’m also looking forward to working with Richard and being part of a community that shares my passion for the beautiful game, while also pushing myself to improve my skills and contribute to the club’s success”.

Creary’s coaching career also includes a range of coaching certifications, including the USSF National “B” Coaching License, La Liga Formation Methodology Level 3, and Sports Science Certification. His extensive experience, combined with his passion for developing both individual players and cohesive teams, will be a tremendous asset to the club.
