How to Participate

Send us your best #SudamericaFreestyle video routine.

Any video that you submit under 1 minute is eligible.  You can juggle, dribble, use a wall, etc. We are looking for creativity and a nonstop routine!

You can submit your video by uploading it to Sudamerica Connect or by emailing it to team@fcsudamerica.org (Subject: #SudamericaFreestyle + Your Name). 

Instagram: Use #SudamericaFreestyle and tag @fc_sudamerica, @sudamericafutsal, and @sendaathletics.

Our Sudamerica coaches will pick the top 3 videos! Winners will be announced on Monday, 25, 2020 at 9:00am.
