Elite Regional & National Competition with a Talent ID Pathway for Higher Level Recruitment

FC Sudamerica joins the Elite Academy League (EA) for the 2024/2025 season to compete in the Southeast Conference, Regional and National events. The EA will become FC Sudamerica’s premier platform to maximize player development and offer a National Talent ID pathway to maximize college recruitment. EA age groups will include talented U13-U19 players from Forsyth and surrounding counties.

2024/2025 EA Tryouts will take place on May 20, 21, 22 (U13-U14) and May 28, 29, 30 (U15-U19). Player ID Sessions will be announced soon!

About the Elite Academy League

The Elite Academy League is composed of member clubs that represent Elite competitive clubs in their market and have shown to be of the standard and will benefit from being part of this platform. By unifying clubs from within the conferences, the EA has maintained the defining standards of previous elite platforms with a collective approach to making sure the platform sits atop the youth landscape.

The EA’s vision is to sit atop the youth landscape providing Elite Academy clubs and leaders the opportunity to guide the league and have autonomy to develop the game in the US. About EA Talent ID

The goal of the EA Talent ID program is to identify top elite talent from within the EA and provide extra opportunities and exposure to compete at a higher level. Through the Talent ID program, selected U13, U14, U15, U16 players will compete at the MIC Cup in Barcelona, Spain in Spring 2024. Additionally, at the U16-U19 age groups, selected players will train with college coaches at their specific Conference Talent ID Center sponsored by the EA.
